Just a few onions, roasted minced garlic. I take this casserole to the lake. I transport it in containers & baggies. Prepare when I get to the house. Way to messy to transport in car. It is a fabulous recipe.

Made it for men's breakfast at church. It was a huge hit!

I made this for some house guests for a mimosa brunch. I halved the recipe, omitting the onion and substituting onion powder and some minced garlic instead. The guests raved, so I will definitely make it again!

Not bad but it had WAY too many onions. Having that many onions also added a lot of moisture to the casserole. I did add bacon bits and a few shots of hot sauce. It was a nice addition.

I was a little aprehensive with that much onion but was GREAT! The flavors from the ingredients combine together extremely well. Everyone loved it.
