Suggest a better descriptionDIRECTIONSIn a pan heat oil, add onion and garlic, frying until lightlybrowned. Add pork and fry for 5 minutes, add peas, tomatoes, and remainingingredients except the green onion. Stir and cook 10 minutes, adding some waterif the mixture becomes too dry. In a bowl beat the eggs well, add pepper andsalt. Prepare eggs in omelet fashion (two omletts or one big omlet cut in halfat end), and place above filling on one side before folding egg over. Garnishtop with chopped onion, and serve sirhicha hot sauce on the side. RecipeBy: Geoege Ross
