Try this GF "Beer" Battered Fish recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better description1. Mix GF All Purpose Flour with the garlic powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder and then add the Club Soda. Be sure to add the liquid slowly, stirring at all times. You want enough liquid in the batter to make it the consistency of house paint or pancake batter.
2. Put the batter in the fridge for 20 minutes.
3. When the oil reaches 350 degrees, dip fish fillets in batter, making sure both sides are coated.
4. Fry 3 or 4 pieces at a time until golden brown, about 5-8 minutes.
5. Leave fish to drain on a plate covered in paper towels.
This batter can be used to make really good onion rings.
