A cookie that tastes like a brownie inside
Combine first three ingredients in small bowl
Melt chocolate and butter until smooth. Cool to lukewarm
Beat sugar and eggs until thick. Beat in chocolate and vanilla. Stir in flour mixture and toffee bits and nuts. Chill for 45 minutes.
Drop by 1/4 cup full on parchment paper. Bake just until tops are cracked but still soft to touch. About 15 min. Cool on sheets. Store airtight. Room temperature for up to 2 days.
