Suggest a better description1. Place large, silver pan over medium-high heat; coat with cooking spray.
2. Add chicken & sausage; sauté 6 minutes or until lightly browned & chicken barely pink in center
3. Remove to boil
4. To pot, add onion, peppers, celery, garlic, and water
5. Cover; reduce heat to low; cook 8 to 10 minutes or until softened.
6. Add tomatoes & their liquid; break up with spoon
7. Add broth, thyme, and cayenne pepper
8. Heat to boiling.
9. Stir in rice; cover; simmer 20 minutes until rice is tender & most of liquid is absorbed.
10. Uncover; fluff with fork. Stir in chicken and sausage
11. Cover; remove from heat
12. Let sit for 5 minutes.
13. Stir in parsley; Serve
