1 tablespoon ginger minced
1/2 lemon Fresh lemon; juiced
1/4 cup Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Wine vinegar

In a blender, combine onion, garlic, ginger, lemon juice, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Process until smooth. Serve at room temperature.
