Suggest a better descriptionTo make sauces, place garlic, ginger and tahini in bowl of food processor. Process slowly and be sure to cover the opening at the top of the lid or you will have a hot and spicy kitchen. Add everything else and process into smooth sauce.
To serve, pour sauce over cold cooked noodles and put some chopped cucumber, scallions and peanuts on top.
