this can be used for gingerbread people or cookies.
1) Stir together dry ingredients.
2) Beat margerine then add sugar and beat until smooth
3) Add egg, molasses and vinegar
4) Add in dry ingredients and beat together.
5) Add flour if needed until still tacky to the touch (don't make too dry!!)
Divide into thirds, cover and chill for 3 hours.
Roll with rolling pin so 1/8 inch thick.
Cut with cookie cutters.
Bake at 375 degrees for 7 minutes.
don't make this too dry or the cookies won't be soft!
