A tasty treat anytime, but really great to wrap up and give as a gift for the Holidays
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease and flour ( I used the Pam for Baking and it worked great) pan; set aside. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Beat on medium speed, 3 minutes, scraping bowl often. Pour batter into prepaired pan. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes, until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
You can do a lot with this recipe, let it cool and ice it, make a sauce to go over the top. Bake it in a special pan (thats what I did). It is easy to make and comes out very nicely.
