A super soft deliciously spicy, intense molasses ginger cookie rich in flavour
Cream butter and sugar well. Mix in egg and molasses. In separate bowl dry ingredients together well. While mixing in mixer, gradually add dry ingredients to wet. Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Refrigerate for about 1 hour if soft. Leaving room for spreading, place on parchment lined cookie sheet and press to flatten slightly with fork. Bake at 325 for 10 minutes, starting to crack but centers still soft.
