Sweet and crunchy gelatin salad, our family favorite at the holidays.
1. Wash and grind the raw cranberries and combine with orange rind and sugar. Let stand 30 minutes
2. Meanwhile dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Add the cold water and chill until slightly congealed and syrupy.
3. Add the cranberries. celery and apples.
4. Then turn into mold.
