A simple recipe for glu vanilla torte breakfast bites. Great with some spray butter and sugar free maple syrup (Walden Farms).
Mix the eggs and the baking powder well with a mixer.
Slowly add in the glucomannan, while continuing to mix, until the dough forms "waves."
Add the protein powder and continue mixing.
Add a bit of water to thin the mix out, if needed. You are looking for the consistency of funnel cake or pancake batter.
Spray mini-bundt, bagel or doughnut pans with a non-stick spray and barely cover the bottom of you desired baking pan (perhaps a few teaspoons).
Bake for about 16 minutes at 350 degrees. If you make these a bit larger, your baking time may need to be adjusted to 20 minutes.
