Try this Gluten-Free Black Bean Brownies recipe, or contribute your own.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease an 8 inch square pan.
Place beans, eggs and oil in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips and precess until thoroughly combined. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour batter into pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until the edges start to pull away from the sides of the pan. Cool in the pan and cut into 2 inch squares.
gabeshappymom 2y agoI'm not sure if I did something wrong, but these had a bitter taste to them. I didn't really care for it and my son spit it out. I double checked and I didn't miss any of the ingredients... Feel bad that we didn't like them since others did.

Htwilliams 3y agoThese tasted awesome, not too sweet and you couldn't tell there were beans but it adds a ton of great fiber. I added walnuts and used dark chocolate chunks and a little less sugar than was called for.
Bvfarm 4y agoAwesome! Have to use egg sub since allergic to eggs but still GREAT- love asking people what they think is in it- they NEVER guess!
