A yummy gluten free treat
Preheat oven to 350(F).
Combine oats, flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar and cocoa in medium bowl. Add 3/4 cup melted butter; mix until crumbly. Reserve 1 cup oat mixture for topping; press remaining oat mixture evenly into bottom of ungreased 8 inch square baking pan. Bake 15 min.
Combine sweetened condensed milk, 1/3 cup butter and remaining 2 tbls brown sugar in medium saucepan; cook and stir over medium heat about 10 minutes or until thick and pale in color.
Cook milk mixture slightly until thickened; spread evenly over baked crust. Let stand 5 minutes or until set. Add chopped pecans to reserved oat mixture; sprinkle over caramel layer, patting down gently.
Bake 20 to 22 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. cut into 16 bars.
