Yummy gluten free goodness
Preheat oven to 350. Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
In medium bowl, stir together cake mix and pudding mix. Add the eggs, oil, water & applesauce until well blended. In another bowl stir together the brown sugar & cinnamon. Pour half of the batter into the pan, spread evenly. Sprinkle with half of the brown sugar mixture. Cover with the rest of the batter and sprinkle remaining brown sugar mixture on top.
Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven, then turn oven down to 325F and bake for an additional 35-40 minutes.
*Can also substitute one package of butterscotch pudding for vanilla pudding
