This is simply adjusting a "standard" lasagna recipe to use GF noodles.
Preheat oven to 375.
Spray/grease either (2) 13x9 pans or (1) 15x10 + (1) 7x11
Beat eggs; add ricotta, 1/2 mozzarella and parmesan. Mix well.
Cook sausage and ground beef together, drain.
LAYER, splitting the following between both pans:
1/4 of sauce
noodles to cover
1/2 ricotta mixture
1/2 meat
1/4 of sauce
1/2 mozzarella
noodles
1/2 ricotta mixture
1/2 meat
1/4 of sauce
noodles
1/4 of sauce
1/2 mozzarella
Cook 50-60 minutes COVERED with aluminum foil.
Remove aluminum foil and continue to cook for another 10 minutes (until cheese is melted).
Let stand 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
You may need to eliminate the last layer if your pans aren't deep enough. Otherwise, be sure to have aluminum foil on the bottom of the oven to catch "over flow" drippings.
