Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla on medium speed for two (2) minutes.
Form dough into one (1) tbsp balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 9 - 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, leave on sheet, and place chocolate kiss in center of each cookie.
Place sheet in freezer 4 - 5 minutes. (This helped set the kiss without melting it too much)
Cool on rack.
Enjoy!
