Gluten and lactose free
Blend all ingredients in mixer. Add 1/2 cup of chocolate chips if not sensitive (lactose, cocoa). Drop by teaspoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
I used to add chocolate chips but can't anymore but they are delicious just the same.
