I love mashed potatoes but sometimes they need a little kick of some new flavors.


4 medium Potatoes; (Peeled and Diced)
2 1/2 tablespoons Kosher Salt
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Herb and Garlic Chevre; (up to 3), (Spreadable)
2 tablespoons Sour Cream
1 teaspoon Adobo
Fresh Black Pepper; to taste

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Boil diced potatoes and add kosher salt to the water; boil until fork tender.

Drain and add butter, adobo, and pepper. Mash well.

Add Chevre and sour cream, combine well and add pepper to taste.
