This is the recipe from the Velveeta package. I have used it in the past and found it quite satisfactory. Great over veggies!
Place Velveeta (cubed) and milk in microwaveable bowl. Microwave on HIGH 2 1/2 to 4 1/2 minutes until sauce is smooth, stirring every minute. Add any desired additions. Serve immediately (if possible, keep warm somehow). This amount makes about a cup, so a very small crockpot would work to keep it warm.
