Suggest a better descriptionCut the cucmbers in half lengthwise, then slice diagonally into 1/2"-thick slices and place in a large bowl. Mix salt with boiling water and pour over the cucumbers and let stand 1 hour, then drain. Mix the remaining ingredients and pour over the cucumbers and refrigerate.
