Suggest a better descriptionBONE and wash the fish. Mix lime juice, salt, pepper and mustard powder. Marinate the fish in this mixture for 10 minutes. Beat the egg till light. Add flour, salt and pepper and mix well. Add a little water and mix to a thick batter. Dip the fillets in this batter and roll in breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil till done. Serve with french fries and tartar sauce. Serve with garlic bread or toasted bread slices. NOTES : (Crisp fried pomfret fillets served with chips)
