Sweet n Tart dessert.
Part One:
Mix - yellow cake mix, softened butter and one egg and press into a 9" x 13" pan.
Part Two:
Mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, two eggs, lemon flavoring, and vanilla then pour over other mixture. (I use an electric mixer for this part.)
Bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is nicely browned and center
