Suggest a better description* Mix sauce ingredients in a closed container, refrigerate at least overnight. * Marinate chicken in sauce 1 hour before roasting. * Cover chicken with foil and roast for 1/2 hour at 400 degrees F. * Remove foil, add 1/2 C. water and reduce heat to 375 degrees F. * Baste chicken every 20 minutes, adding water to the pan as needed. * Continue roasting until skin is brown and crispy, and chicken is done. Total cooking time is 1 1/2 to 2 hours. This recipe is also great with pork, veal, and beef ribs! Makes 4 servings.
