6 oz Aged gorgonzola cheese
White pepper
1 ts Fresh thyme OR 1/2 teaspoon
1 1/2 c Heavy or whipping cream
3 Generous grates nutmeg OR
Hot cooked pasta

Original recipe makes 1 Servings



Stir together cream, cheese, thyme, and nutmeg in a large skillet. Cook gently over medium heat until mixture reduces by one-fourth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with pasta to coat well.
