Suggest a better descriptionFor the tabouleh, place the wheat into a bowl and cover with boiling water. Cover with cling film and leave for about 10 minutes to cook. Add all the other ingredients, mix and season well. The tabouleh can be heated in a microwave for approximately 1 minute if serving hot. For the goulash, brown off the onions and beef in a hot pan and then add a little flour and paprika. Add the tomato puree and stock. Cover and simmer until meat is tender (approximately 10 minutes).
