Dice meat. Heat oil and sear meat in oil Fry onions, in rings until transparent. Place in crock pot. Flour meat juices and water in frying pan. Combine and empty into crock pot Beef cube into crock pot Cook all day on low heat
NOODLES ----- Add flour, egg, ? tsp salt. With a wooden spoon mix to a consistency of pancake mix. May need to add ? cup extra water Boil water/ salt mixture Extrude mixture through noodle maker into boiling water. Cook until the noodles float. Remove and fry in frying pan with butter and breadcrumbs coating. Comments: Serve with spatese noodles (included in this recipe) Recipe Source: Andrea Gellie
