Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Beat butter, sugars, vanilla, and liqueurs with electric mixer until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well.
In a small bowl, mix flour, soda, and salt. Add slowly to butter mixture.
Stir in chocolate chips and all chopped nuts by hand.
Drop batter by 1/2 cupfuls onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper. Bake about 16 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on racks. Makes about 3 dozen.
