Grilled cheese taken to the next level! For a simple and delicious meal, pair this with "Rich and Simple Tomato Bisque Soup."
In medium bowl, combine cream cheese, miracle whip, shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.
Slice bread into 12 slices. Spread cheese mixture on 6 of the slices. Top each with a slice of provolone cheese. Place the remaining slices of bread on top to make 6 sandwiches. Lightly butter both sides of each sandwich.
Preheat large grill pan over medium heat. Place sandwiches in skillet and grill until golden brown on both sides and cheese has melted (approximately 3-4 minutes on each side).

Querian 3y agoThis was so simple and tasty! I just made one sandwich on a Foreman grill and just used what was on hand: whole grain bread, cream cheese, miracle whip lite, shredded mozzarella, gouda, cheddar. It was quick and I liked it!

KurtsKatering 6y agoFeel free to substitute any of your personal favorites for the cheese or bread, although I do recommend that you start with fresh, unsliced bread. For a more filling sandwich, add a slice of your favorite lunch meat. [I posted this recipe.]
