Make these in advance, wrap individually and freeze. Then just grab them and go! They will defrost by lunch time. Great for school lunches, travel and camping.
Beat together first 4 ingredients. Spread on rolls. Top with ham and cheese. Wrap individually and freeze. Can be heated in oven 15-20 minutes at 350 degrees or in microwave.
I use medium size dinner rolls for these sandwiches, but hamburger buns work great if you prefer a larger sandwich.
