For streusel, in a medium mixing bowl combine graham cracker crumbs, chopped pecans or walnuts, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Stir in the melted margarine or butter. Set aside
In a large mixing bowl combine cake mix, water, cooking oil and eggs. Beat on low speed with an electric mixer just till moistened. Beat on medium speed for 1 1/2 minutes. Pour half of the bater into a greased 13x9x2 inch baking pan. Sprinkle with half of the streusel mixture. Carefully spread remaining batter over streusel; sprinkle with remaining streusel. Bake 350 in oven for 35 to 40 minutes or till a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Cool slightly; drizzle with Powdered Sugar Icing. Serve warm. Makes 12 to 16 servings.
Powered Sugar Icing: In a small mixing bowl stir together 1 cup sifted powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and enough water for drizzling consistency.
