Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix first 6 ingredients together.
Put in a 9 X 13" pan.
Mix rest of ingredients for toppings.
Sprinkle topping over potatoes.
Bake for 1 hour.
Can put put in a roaster but now a slow cooker (will turn out soggy).
