1 pound Ground beef
1/2 cup oats; (old fashioned or quick), uncooked
1 Egg; beaten
1/4 cup Onions; chopped
1 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
2/3 cup Tomato juice

Mix, pack firmly into small loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes.
