1 1/2 pounds Ground chuck; leaner is better
2 cups Tomato juice
1 1/2 cups Quick Oats
1 1/2 teaspoon Salt; or a bit less
1 ea Egg
1 small Onion; chopped fine or use Lipton's onion soup mix

Original recipe makes 6 Servings



Combine and put in casserole dish. Cover and bake at 375 degrees for approximately 1 to 1 1/2 hours.

Time to put in potatoes or squash to bake.
