Suggest a better descriptionMix yeast, warm water and sugar and let stand for 10 minutes. In the mean time, crumble flour with butter and salt. Then add 2 egg yolks and yeast and mix and kneed until forms a round ball. Let set. Beat egg white, 1/2 cup sugar and vanilla until stiff. Roll out dough and spread egg white mixture onto dough. Not Sprinkle with nuts and roll jelly roll style. Place on baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
