A gluten-free cornbread that rivals the best. It's moist and cake-like. You can adjust the sweetness to fit your preference simply by adding or reducing the amount of sugar added.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix ingredients & pour into a well-greased pan. (I frequently use a 10" round cake pan) Bake for 20-25 minutes
