Cook hamburger and sausage (on the stove or in the microwave), breaking meat into small pieces. Once cooked, drain grease and then stir in Velveeta cheese. Continue to heat until cheese is melted, then add spices and mix well.
Spread meat and cheese mixture on rye bread to make min open-faced sandwiches. Place the little sandwiches meat-side-up on a cooking sheet and freeze. Once frozen, you can put them in a Ziploc back for storage.
When ready to cook do not defrost. Preheat oven to 375-F for 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese starts to bubble.
