Boil for an hour, check (should fall off bone) and keep in one half hour longer.
Let cool.
Take skin and bones out.
Dumplings: flowering went with water tell moist. Small egg size.
Drop dumplings in boiling broth and chicken mixture.
Simmer 10 to 12 minutes.
Stick toothpick in dumpling to test.
Add lots of salt and pepper.
