Grandma's Easy Chicken Noodle Soup

Quick and Easy Weeknight Soup. Just add French bread and you have dinner!


2 32-oz cartons Chicken broth; canned
1 12.5-oz can Chicken breast; canned
1/2 package Thin Egg Noodles; to taste
4 cloves Garlic; minced, to taste
1/2 cup Green onion; chopped
2 tablespoon Parsley flakes

Original recipe makes 6



In large dutch oven, combine chicken broth, chicken breast, garlic and parsley flakes. Cook over medium heat 10 minutes. Add egg noodles to taste. Heat until noodles are cooked. Serve in individual soup bowls and top with chopped green onion.


Just add a loaf of French bread and you have dinner!

This is a very simple recipe to make. I used cooked chicken instead of canned chicken, and it tasted very good. A great kid's dish.
