Grandma's Sour Cream Waffles

Delicious gluten free waffles


1 cup gluten free Flour
1/2 tablespoon Granulated sugar
1 teaspoon Baking powder
1/4 teaspoon Baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Egg
1 cup Light sour cream
1/4 cup Lowfat Milk
3 tablespoons butter; melted
butter; melted for waffle

Original recipe makes 12 Servings



Mix together the flour, sugar, baking soda, powder and salt.

Mix 1 well beaten egg yolk, 1 cup sour cream, 1/4 c milk, 3 Tbsp melted butter; add flour. Whip egg white and add. Cook on waffle iron.

Double the recipe.
