Tart and Tangy Cranberries with the sweetness of citrus. Low sugar.


Ingredients

Are you making this? 
3 cups cranberries; shredded
1 cup tart apple; shredded
1 cup orange; fresh peeled
1 cup pineapple; crushed unsweetened
1 cup Apple juice
2 tablespoon Nutrasweet; to taste

Original recipe makes 24

Servings  

Preparation

Run cranberries (frozen or fresh) through salad shooter. Follow with apple. Dice flesh of orange fairly finely. Mix ingredients together and sweeten to taste with Nutrasweet. Stub's card says about 6 packets.

Stub invented this recipe to accomodate Grandma Velma who developed diabetes and had to regulate her sugar intake.
