Combine milk & pudding in one bowl. In another bowl, combine cream cheese & condensed milk until smooth. Add cool whip & stir. Fold in pudding mixture. Layer in pan: Vanilla wafers, bananas, pudding mixture, wafers. Chill in refrigerator and serve.
