Grape-Chicken Salad with Almonds

1/2 c Chinese pea pods; diagonally
2 tb Green Onions; chopped
2 c chicken breast; Cooked, cubed
1/2 ts Dried tarragon
1/4 c Lowfat mayonnaise
1/2 ts Dijon-style mustard
2 c sweet red pepper; Thinly sliced
1 ts Salt
1/4 c Plain lowfat yogurt
1/8 ts Dreid rosemary
3 tb almonds; Toasted slivered
1/2 ts Dried thyme
2 c Seedless grapes
1/8 ts Ground pepper

Original recipe makes 6



Combine grapes, chicken, peppers, pea pods, almonds and onions. Toss with Creamy Herb Dressing. Serves 6. Creamy Herb Dressing: Combine mayonnaise and plain lowfat yogurt with salt and mustard.
