Grated Carrot Sallad

Ready in 45 minutes

Really great sallad with a nice crunch.


300 g greated carrots (about 3)
1/2 yellow pepper, finely chopped
1 tray alfalfa sprouts
2 T olive oil
1/2 T red wine vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp white pepper
80 g pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Roast seeds in a frying pan on high heat in a dry pan, about 3 minutes. Mix everything together. Eat!
