Chicken in a thick paprika gravy, one of my husband's favorites.
Heat skillet to med high and spray with cooking spray. Season chicken with paprika and salt and pepper to taste. Brown in skillet 3-5 minutes per side until almost cooked through. Take out chicken and set aside. Add broth to skillet and heat to slow boil, turn stove to med low. In a bowl, mix flour and milk until smooth. Add to skillet with broth and stir for several minutes until mixture starts to thicken. Add chicken, cover and simmer on low until chicken is thoroughly cooked.
