Peel large shrimp and marinate, for 1 hour, in olive oil, garlic, salt, and parsley. Try a pinch or two of chili powder. Quickly pan-fry. I use an Electric Wok at 350 degrees, I use lots of garlic, and I use Garlic salt in- stead of regular salt. I add cooked linguine or pasta (al dente), toss well to coat the pasta and sprinkle with a little more parsley and serve. Its fast and very easy and really delicious. gonnacook 10 years agoI also made something similar. Also used parmesan cheese. Cooked fresh minced garlic in little olive oil, add chicken broth, little lemon flavored white cooking wine and a can of tiny shrimp with juice. Toss with angel hair pasta and dried thyme. Sprinkle with cheese and more parsley. My boyfriend loved it.
collier 11 year agohave made this dish.my own recipe add parmesan/romano cheese combo or separately. Yummy
