Suggest a better description1. Mix all ingredients through olive oil and marinate for 2 hours.
2. Place in single layer with skin side up. Roast at 425 for about 45 minutes, or until the chicken is well browned and cooked through. Halfway through, toss all pieces in sauce and continue to roast until done.
3. Optional - Remove chicken from pan and broil potatoes for 2-3 minutes to create a crust. Remove potatoes and add broth to deglaze pan over medium heat. Strain liquid and pour over the chicken and potatoes.
