Greek Salad Dressing

Ready in 45 minutes

Our favorite greek dressing. Try on romaine, with tomato, feta, kalamtas and green onion.


2 cloves garlic; minced then crushed
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice; fresh
1/2 teaspoon sugar
5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

Original recipe makes 4 Servings



Mix all ingredients except olive together.

Whisk in olive oil and continue whisking until the dressing is emulsified.
