Prepare Sauce. Combine first 5 ingredients, stirring with whisk. Set aside in fridge until you are ready to assemble pitas.
Prep Steak. Combine lemon juice and next 4 ingredients. Marinate in fridge for 10 minutes, turning once.
Cook steak to desired doneness. Let stand 5 min. Cut steak diagonally across the grain into thin slices.
Assemble pitas. Line each pita with lettuce leaf, steak, spoonful of sauce and sprinkle feta on top.
