Suggest a better description1. In a small bowl, stir together the mozzarella, feta, scallions, chicken, cucumber, tomatoes and dill. Sprinkle onto half of the tortilla. Fold in half and press gently.
2. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Add the oil and heat over medium heat. Cook the quesadilla for 2 minutes per side, gently pressing with a spatula, or until lightly browned and the cheeses are melted.
